  • “What a gorgeous new gem in Mount Vernon! Sites were spacious with concrete pad, picnic table and grass in between. There is so much to do while staying on site for the whole family. We participated in things such as playing shuffleboard, pickleball, swimming in the gorgeous pool, made smores, to planned events and entertainment. Owners volunteer their time and services to make all this happen and they could not have been more kind and welcoming. It is definitely one of a kind resort.”

I have been here 3 months, and I do not have one complaint. Chad & Brittany are the nicest people and are the first ones to help in any way they can. Whether you’re coming here for vacation or permanently living here, you will not be disappointed. In the summertime, here are concerts and food trucks that come here to entertain. So, so clean!!
